LOS ANGELES, Calif. Nike Air Max Buy Online Cheap . - The $2 billion sale of the Los Angeles Clippers will hinge on the technicalities of family trust law and whether Donald Sterlings estranged wife had the right to unilaterally negotiate a deal with former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer. The July 7 trial will look at the trusts terms alone and not focus on whether the 80-year-old Sterling is mentally incapacitated, Superior Court Judge Michael Levanas said Monday. Attorneys will argue about whether Shelly Sterling properly followed the terms of the trust in declaring Donald Sterling to be mentally incapacitated and what happens to a deal that hasnt been closed once a trust is revoked. Shelly Sterling struck a deal to sell the team to Ballmer in May after Donald Sterlings racist remarks to a girlfriend were publicized and the NBA moved to oust him as an owner. She had two doctors examine her husband and they declared that he was mentally incapacitated and unable to act as an administrator of The Sterling Family Trust, which owns the Clippers. The terms of the trust say incapacitation can be determined by two licensed doctors without ties to the family who are specialists in their field. In court filings, Donald Sterlings attorneys argued that he submitted to medical examination under false pretenses, there was undue influence in the doctors findings, and that the examination and letters regarding his mental capacity were defective and incomplete. "There was no duping," Shelly Sterlings attorney Pierce ODonnell said Monday. Donald Sterling voluntarily went to Cedars Sinai Imaging Center to get scans of his brain and there was no requirement to remind Donald Sterling, who is an attorney, or his legal team of the trusts conditions, ODonnell wrote in court filings. The judge said another issue likely to be "front and centre" during the trial is what happens to a deal that hasnt been closed when a trust is revoked. Donald Sterling revoked the trust on June 9 — weeks after Shelly Sterling negotiated the deal with Ballmer. Shelly Sterlings attorneys contend that finishing the deal is part of winding down the trusts affairs and that she has an obligation to close the deal or Ballmer will sue. But Donald Sterlings attorneys argue that a revocation means probate court has no jurisdiction and that winding down affairs refers to passive actions, not a sale that markedly changes the assets in the trust and its value. Timing has been an issue throughout the proceedings and the judge denied the request by Donald Sterlings attorneys to postpone the trial. An expedited timetable was put forward from the beginning because NBA owners must approve what would be a record breaking deal and are scheduled to meet July 15 to vote. Thats the same day Ballmers offer is set to expire — and there is no deal without the judges approval of the sale. If the sale isnt completed by Sept. 15, the league said it could seize the team and put it up for auction. ___ Tami Abdollah can be followed at http://www.twitter.com/latamsNike Air Max Sale Outlet Ireland . LOUIS -- St. http://www.airmaxcheapireland.com/ .com) - James van Riemsdyk had two goals with one assist to help the Toronto Maple Leafs to a 5-2 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday night.NEWARK, N.J. -- The Boston Bruins are not only threatening to run away with the Eastern Conference, they are challenging St. Louis for the NHLs best regular-season record. The Bruins rolled to their 10th straight victory Tuesday night, getting goals from Brad Marchand and Jarome Iginla in a 59-second span early in the second period in beating the slumping New Jersey Devils 4-2. The winning streak ties Anaheim for the NHLs longest this season and it has moved the Bruins (99 points) just two behind the idle Blues in the race for the Presidents Trophy. St. Louis has a game in hand. "Its been good," Bruins coach Claude Julien said after the team posted its third 10-game winning streak since he took over as coach in 2007-08. "Our guys just keep believing and doing the right things," he added. "Thats given us the opportunity to win." The right thing for the Bruins was their response after Patrik Elias scored for New Jersey with a two-man advantage just 29 seconds into the second period. Not only did it tie the game at 1, it happened so fast that the Devils had 1:28 left on the second power play. Instead of sagging while playing their second game in as many nights, the Bruins responded. Marchand scored his league-leading fifth short-handed goal and the red-hot Iginla pushed the lead to two goals less than a minute late. "Its always nice when you are able to get a goal right after they score one, and getting it short-handed is always nice," Marchand said. The winning streak is the Bruins longest since a 10-game run in November 2011. Its also four shy of the franchise record set in 1929-30. "Were not thinking about anything," Marchand said of the record and the run at the Presidents Trophy. "Weve cleared that out of our minds and are trying to take it game by game and day by day. Weve played too many games in too short of a time to think like that. Its just a struggle getting up every day and looking at the next game. Its been a pretty tiring month. "Were staying focused, and if we do that, well continue our run." Patrice Bergeron and Chris Kelly also scored for Boston. Chad Johnson made 20 saves as the Eastern Conference leadeers hurt the Devils post-season hopes by sending them to their third straight loss. Nike Air Max Cheapest Online. . Bergeron also had the primary assist on Marchands goal while Zdeno Chara, who was celebrating his 37th birthday, made the breakout pass out of the zone. The goal had not been announced when Iginla broke into the Devils zone after taking a long pass and beat Martin Brodeur between the pads with a shot from the right circle. It was his 26th goal of the season and his fifth in the last three games. Elias and Travis Zajac scored for the Devils, who have 13 games left to either turn things around or they will miss the playoffs for the second straight year and third time in four. Brodeur made 27 saves. "Our effort is just not at the right point for the urgency that we need to make that push toward the playoffs," Brodeur said. The fans at the Prudential Center noted that by booing New Jersey as it left the ice down 3-1 after two periods. "We deserved to get booed," said Elias, whose goal was his 16th. Kelly stretched the lead to 4-1 a little more than seven minutes into the third period, beating Brodeur in close after taking a pass from Carl Soderberg. Zajac snapped a shot over Johnson (15-3-1) a little more than two minutes later. It was his 13th of the season. The Bruins, who were playing on consecutive nights, dominated the first period, taking the first nine shots. Bergeron put them ahead with 5:27 left in the period when he was sent in alone by Reilly Smith and beat Brodeur with a backhander that seemed to slip off his stick.
